Does SealedEx inspect shipments?

Yes, SealedEx has the right to open and inspect shipments, as per the Terms of Carriage. This can be done without notice under Customs and other regulatory guidance to promote safety and security.

Can I use my own packaging?

Yes, you may use your own packaging to pre-pack your shipment, but please be sure to leave it unsealed for inspection.

Does the receiver need to pay for anything? Can the shipper pay for any duties and taxes incurred?

Depending on the shipment, there could be duties and taxes that must be paid by the receiver at the destination, and not by the shipper, as per local regulations.

How and when do you accept payment?

Small moves and freight shipments: Payment is due when the shipment is booked. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.

Long-distance (full household) moves: Payment options depend on type of service.

How can I cancel a move or shipment?

You can cancel a move or shipment any time before pickup. Be aware, a cancellation fee will be incurred.

How can I move furniture or large household items?

You can move furniture and large household items at competitive rates using SealedEx. A two-person moving crew will prepare your items for shipment, as well as provide inside pickup and delivery.

Do SealedEx Shipped to any Country? Can I ship within the Canada?

Yes, SealedEx ships to any Country worldwide and SealedEx does ship between the 10 provinces & 3 territories in Canada, and you can send or pick up a shipment from any one of our Locations or get it delivered to your address.
